15.02.2016: GFE starting new Consulting Project with Synergie Casting in India
GFE has started a new consulting project with Synergie Casting in India. Synergie Casting, is very well established in the India- Amercien OEM-industry and has capacity from 2.2 m per year.
GFE is supporting the set-up and optimization of the production in the foundry and all upstream processes. The project target is the sustainable optimization of efficiency, quality and stability of the processes as well as speedy qualification of OEM and after market wheel projects. In addition we have mangement lead for Volkswagen India Project. -
06.11.2015 Newest success from GFE ...
OEM wheel manufacturing company CMS chose GFE about mould coatings. Our I!nnovative products 9200, 2100 and 1100 to inhibit the adhesion of metal to mold surface and continues to be preferable due to the excellent performance of our customers.
GFE coatings are used in series production for almost a year in CMS.
We are pleased to share with you this beautiful development.

20.08.2015: GFE first time on GIFA 2015
GIFA 2015: First time GFE join the biggest Foundry Trade Fair in the world, with own booth. For us it was really successful. We had interesting discussions and meetings at this time. We are welcome our Customers from all over the world. It was very nice to see that we had sometime more that 20 different nationalities in the same time at booth. Special thank to co`s. They help us to have a very good start up at GIFA 2015.

26.06.2014: GFE starting new Consulting Project with OMI in Malaysia
GFE has started a new consulting project with OMI Alloy in Malaysia. Oriental Metal Industries, a producer of steel wheels, is very well established in the Asian OEM-industry and has invested into a completely new, highly modern plant for manufacturing of cast alloy wheels. The plant has started operation in 2013 and will have a capacity of 1m wheels per year within 2 years.
GFE is supporting the set-up and optimization of the production in the foundry and all upstream processes. The project target is the sustainable optimization of efficiency, quality and stability of the processes as well as speedy qualification of OEM and after market wheel projects. -
22.09.2014: Article about GFE in the September issue of Neue Reifenzeitung
The Neue Reifenzeitung, important print media of the wheel and tyre industry in Germany, has published in their September issue an article at great length about Global Foundry Engineering GmbH. The focus of the report is on technical support of aluminium wheel manufacturers as well as on project management for placing wheel projects of European aftermarket companies to Asian producers.
